Clientele Education: Clientele/eFront Office
Advanced Implementation
The Clientele/eFrontOffice Advanced Implementation
course is intended for customers who require technically advanced product
instruction and hands-on experience with the Clientele/eFrontOffice products.
All Clientele/eFront office classes assume that
students have a solid knowledge of Windows NT and 95/98, and a basic
understanding of relational databases. Before attending Clientele/eFront office
courses you:
- Must have successfully completed one of the
following courses: Clientele/eFrontOffice Sales & Marketing, Clientele/eFrontOffice
Customer Support, Clientele Help Desk or Partner 6; OR successfully passed
the Partner Certification exam.
- Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft
Access for database maintenance, reporting, queries, and importing.
- Must have a basic knowledge of administering
Microsoft SQL Server.
- Should know what a relational database is and
be familiar with general database terms.
- Should know how to copy, rename, and delete
files in Windows. You must be comfortable with subdirectories and the
AUTOEXEC.BAT, .INI, and CONFIG.SYS files.
- Should understand how your company plans to
use Clientele/eFrontOffice.
Course Description
The course is designed to provide the following:
- Installation of the Clientele/eFrontOffice
product in the network environment
- Upsizing and optimizing the Clientele/eFrontOffice
product for an SQL environment
- Installation and configuration of the Clientele/eFrontOffice Connector product - including Connector server, site
and mobile user setup
- Installation and configuration of the Clientele/eFrontOffice Conductor product
- An overview of the positioning, capabilities,
and technical requirements of the EAI and ClienteleNet products (Note: The
Clientele/eFrontOffice Advanced Implementation course does not include
instruction on installing or configuring EAI or ClienteleNet)
Course Length
5 days. Class begins at 9:00am (8:30am in Oregon) and runs until 2:00 pm on
Friday. Actual times may vary depending on the progress of individual classes
through the material.
Class Size
Class size is limited to 12; a minimum of 5 students is required for the class
to be held.
