Epicor eFrontOffice Logs Fifth Win With CRMPower Award
Epicor eFrontOffice Named Best Midmarket Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) Product of the Year
IRVINE, Calif., September 13, 2000 — Adding to a string of wins, Epicor
Software Corporation’s eFrontOffice, powered by Clientele, last night won a
Technology Innovation and Product Excellence Golden Award for Best Midmarket CRM
Product, its fifth such honor recently. Epicor (NASDAQ: EPIC), the largest

midmarket companies, accepted the award from the organizers of CRMPower, a
Canadian conference and exposition hosted by eCustomerWorld.com Institute, in
Toronto.
