Epicor Reaches Milestone With Over 3,000 CRM Customers

IRVINE, Calif., June 12, 2000 - Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), the largest provider of enterprise and eBusiness software exclusively for midmarket companies, today announced that over 3,000 customers have standardized on Clientele, Epicor's award-winning customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Recent customer wins including Agris, Datatel, Roadnet Technologies, Inc., MarketWatch.com, Inc. and Concentrex Incorporated have fueled Epicor's CRM growth. Clientele enables midmarket companies to improve overall business performance throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from sales and marketing to customer support. As a customizable and scalable solution, Clientele has led the market in integrating front and back office operations.

Agris, an agricultural software company, is using Clientele to allow its employees to access customer information across all departments. "Before implementing Clientele, our employees had to manually enter customer information into several disparate databases," said Max Miller, manager of administration at Agris. "Clientele has automated this process and integrated departmental information, significantly improving efficiency and saving time."
